ORBARUS formed since early 2016, starting from bewe and roy who wanted to build a metal band in bogor(indonesia),and bewe invite joplin to join the band as a guitarist he is bewe old friends
And then bewe inviting jovan as drummers, them both meet at little gigs in bogor. In a short time we found irex to join to take possotion as a lead guitars.

And the band named ORBARUS, orbarus sounds interesting and sounds rough, although we didn't know what is the meaning of orbarus hehehe
We decide to choose melodic deathmetal as a genre but a bit sounds like a metalcore.
Orbarus influence is a great bands from indonesia like a "burgerkill" "aftercoma" and "beside" from bandung but every member have different influence.
A unique things,we play a different music genre like bewe he is a guitarist in his band before and playing slamming deathmetal, and currently become a vocalist in orbarus, and joplin he's guitarist playing garage rock/rock n roll, and blues before join orbarus
And jovan he's play grindcore, then roy playing metalcore before join with orbarus and last one, irex he's playing technical deathmetal.
Although we have a different basic genre/music,we have a big determination for growing orbarus to be a great metal band
